Venetica is an action RPG being developed by dtp Entertainment and Deck 13(they made Ankh: Clash Of Gods). It is being developed for XBOX360 and PC. You play the role of Scarlet, a "Daughter Of Death". The game has a similar gameplay element of a Soul Reaver game and has two different worlds. One of it is called The Twillight Zone that is sort of an underworld.
Venetica seems to be a dark gothic take of the action RPG genre and is set for a Q3 2009 release for the PC and XBOX360. Screenshots below:
