Codename Panzers: Cold War Will Have Co-op Campaign

Gamestar.de highlights in a short preview that the next in the Codename Panzer series will have co-op campaign. You and your buddy can take on the missions. It is unclear whether all the missions will support camapign but the preview stated that the bulk of the camapign can be tackled co-operatively.




They also noted that the build they watched a demo of was also more optimised and ran well on a medium spec PC. Developers Stormregion has spent a lot of time optimising the engine and making the game playable for beginners.




The hard AI was said to be very good. The amount of tactical options available is staggering. The game is set for a February release.




I do hope that Stormregion manages to pull it off. The games been plagued with company troubles(as the previous developers working on it moved on) and I would love to see it out at last. Its exciting to have a more modern world real time tactics game for a change.
