Haemimont Games Tropico 3 was a sleeper hit in my opinion. It didn't quite revolutionise the Tropico franchise(which has stayed dormant since PopTop Software closed down) but it embraced its spirit and 'funness' of building your very own banana republic. With Tropico 4, they don't seem to be veering too much from the previous formula. The new trailer showcases the natural disasters that will have a much bigger impact on your island and... new buildings. Tropico 4 releases on August 2011. Trailer below...
