A sequel ditching the previous games mechanic? We’ve had a few of those recently. From what I’ve heard, in Prey 2, they’re ditching the whole portal mechanic and bringing in an all new protagonist. The new E3 trailer is confusing to say the least. Mixing a blend of live action and CG, it shows the plane being attacked and ending up in space(from the debut trailer). And then it jumps to an alien city with a very western theme(there are other aliens there but you are going after the outlaws). WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?! Hopefully we’ll get to see some gameplay coming out from E3. See the trailer for yourself below…
