Arcen games is one of my favourite indie developers out there for their boldness in game design(you want to see original, and truly unique design? check out their games). AI War: Fleet Command was a very fresh RTS game which had some very nifty and smart ideas. With A Valley Without A Wind, Arcen Games are developing a highly procedural action adventure game. Every game is unique to each player. It’s a post apocalyptic world and you, the player, ventures on forth from your enclave to figure out what has happened to civilisation. It’s a neat idea and potentially you could discover new things, moments, story threads throughout a playthrough and go wherever you like. Beta should be out in Summer 2011.
