Blizzard released a new trailer showcasing a new follower system which will allow players to team up with an NPC in the game. This takes it just that bit closer to party based RPG. In the action RPG front, Dungeon Siege was one of the first (if not the first) action RPG games that had you tagging around with a party of NPC’s. But the follower system in Diablo III looks more like a human pet(I know that sounds wrong) sort of system and not quite like a party based RPG. It seems like you can only have one follower. This will be great for taking on the extra hard dungeons. Watch the trailer below…
