Epic Games shows off in more detail what the next generation of their Unreal 3 development kit will offer developers. It looks really good I admit, but these awesome tools still need amazing talent to make awesome stuff. You can have the best tech but without artists who can make an impressive looking Unreal game, your game will still look like every other Unreal game. Oh and the scaleform UI looks really nice.
