Id Software has finally given more info regarding the multiplayer modes that will be featured in Rage. Id announced two multiplayer modes, one being Rage Combat Rally. The objective is to be the highest scoring racer by the end of the round and you guessed it, it’s a racing mode multiplayer. You get point for going through rally points and also blowing up other contestants. This is literally Mad Max mode. The other mode announced is a coop mode called Legends of The Wasteland. You and a friend can take on section of the game from the single player mission(but separate from single player of course). They haven’t said anything about more traditional multiplayer modes but I suppose those will also be in. Also, new Rage trailer below, it’s a long one…
