E-club Malaysia announced today that a Counter Strike 1.6 tournament will be held on May 14th to 15th with help from Razer Gaming and Orange Internet Shop Sdn. Bhd. Only 32 teams will be able to participate and sign up is open to all. The tournament will be held at the Orange Internet Café at Wangsa Maju(this is in Malaysia/Kuala Lumpur btw) and the competition format will be double elimination. The top winner will be able to win RM2000 plus top teams may be offered a 2 year sponsorship contract.
