Music Composer Says Dragon Age II Score Rushed

Music composer Inon Zur says that he had to work on the soundtrack quickly as he told IGNUnlike other titles from Bioware, this [score] was kind of a rush job”. He further adds “EA really wanted to capitalize on the success of Origins, so the game was really being pushed hard to be released now”. Dragon Age Origins was released back in November 2009 and Bioware was going for a quicker development cycle for Dragon Age II. It’s been received relatively well albeit with some reviews that castigate it for some flaws. Does Dragon Age II suffer from having such a quick dev cycle? Does it live up to the PC game classic status that the firs was accorded with? You’ll have to stick around for my Dragon Age II review, it’ll be posted soon’ish’.
