Modern Warfare 3 To Support LAN Play
Which has to be an improvement on their part considering Modern Warfare 2's PC special features include supporting mouse controls, customising keyboard controls and graphics setting. Modern Warfare 2 certainly never got on with the competitive scene as Modern Warfare continued to dominate gaming tournaments. Maybe with this move to support dedicated servers and LAN play, maybe...just maybe, they'll be able to make inroads in the competitive scene again. But, it has to support mods(which hasn't been announced), so that a new version of Promod can be developed. If Modern Warfare 2 was any indication, the competitive scene would definitely want to rebalance the game. Robert Bowling indicated in a tweet that you'll be able to customise games like not allowing for attachments, perks, equipments and a whole host of tweaks to make the game more suited for however you'd like to play the game. So is Modern Warfare 3 going to catch on with the competitive crowd?
