There's been a bunch of new leaked footage of Diablo III recently. The reason being, some in the friends and family beta group are 'leaking' or intentionally giving the rest of the world a glimpse of the much anticipated action RPG. Blizzard sent VG247 a statement saying that a closed public beta is very very near. Just a warning though, Blizzard is known for having lengthy beta's and they've been known to even scrape things off and redesign the entire game if need be. But the chance of that happening with Diablo III is pretty slim but the beta can last a while. Could just make it for a 2011 release although I'm not counting on it.
