Gamespot has got a nice chunk of gameplay of Mass Effect 3. They invited the game producer to do a demo of the game on the Gamespot stage. This demo shows Mordin, Liara and Garrus joining Sheppard on an important mission that shares some similarities to the plot to the movie 'Children of Men'(if you haven't watched that movie.
