The Facebook Civilization game from Firaxis is now in open beta. Everyone can get into Civilization World now. If you've been looking to try a Facebook game, this is one of the first strategy games with a bit of depth on Facebook. However, Civ World does add some 'social game' / Farmville inspired gameplay mechanics. I'll give this one a try and report back my impressions. Check out Civilization World here
