Relic Focusing On Customisation For Dawn Of War III

Relic, despite the initial negativity from the old community, has built up quite a franchise with Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War II. The emphasis on smaller squads on a battlefield and a move away from base building meant it was going to cater to a whole new audience. Relic marketing manager James McDermott told Eurogamer regarding expectations for a Dawn of War III, "There’s going to be lots of opportunities to expand and build your own custom mega army. That’s definitely an area we want to invest in. We see a good opportunity". While the Dawn of War III has not been officially announced, Relic has hinted in the past it is certainly in the cards. So Warhammer 40k fans... Dawn of War III will feed your miniture lust to an even more ridiculous degree. Customising your own army sounds like you might be able to have different loadouts of units(something MMORTS do alot...hmmm maybe this is a hint). Relic is confirmed to have an announcement at Gamescom next month. Chances are it will be DoW III, but I'm still rooting for a Homeworld 3.
