Volition Inc’s upcoming title, Red Faction Armageddon will be released on May 31st. Here’s a trailer to satisfy your destruction lust. They are showing off the ruin mode at PAX East, which is a mode where you destroy as much crap in a minute. The physics and destruction is quite impressive. I've always always liked their engine.
