Just in case you've forgotten, Id Software was bought by Bethesda Softworks last year. Id Software of course are the studio known for at least popularising(if not inventing it) the first person shooter. Before Doom, the was Wolfenstein 3D, a game I played to death! BJ Blazkowick goes on a Nazi killing rampage... eventually killing Robo Hitler(I kid you not). It's the 20th anniversary of Wolfenstein 3D and they've released a developer commentary of the game, with commentary from non other than John Carmack... the mastermind genius behind all the 3D engine that came out of that studio.
