We'll soon get new content for Portal 2... it's been taking quite a while to be honest. And the game has been untouched since completing it for the second time a few months back. Peer Review will have new coop missions and the inclusion of a challenge mode for single player and coop. It will have leaderboards and such so that you can compare your time with the rest of the world and your friends. You can read my review of Portal 2 here in case you need some extra motivation to purchase it if you haven't Oh and Portal 2 now only costs USD$29.99. Peer Review DLC will of course be free for everyone.
