UPDATE : It wont have mod tools because apparently the engine is way too complicated.
Someone over at NeoGAF has posted information gleamed from the Gameinformer exclusive cover story for Battlefield 3. It looks like Battlefield 3 will have a single player portion and will also feature Coop(for the PC too). The PC will be the lead platform and lots of new info on the Frostbite 2 tech. The lighting, animation and the destruction will be a lot more realistic and impressive. *SPOILERS* There’ll be an earthquake in one of the levels that will knock buildings off. Battlefield 3 will have 4 classes and each team/squad will be a lot bigger than in Bad Company 2. Will post more updates if more info becomes available
