EA announced today that Asian gamers who play FIFA Online 2 will have a chance to win a trip to London to watch the Chelsea vs Wigan match. Winners will also be given access to the Chelsea first team training session and a tour of Stamford Bridge. The competition will run from January to February across Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand. Since the competition is being called ‘Go Blue II’ my guess is that they will be picking 11 winners. Call it a hunch. According to the press release, players that play FIFA Online 2 will be able to ‘compete by collecting Chelsea coins and redeeming them for a chance to win prizes’. Sounds like there will be other prizes on offer. Stay tuned. Details and competition rules will be published soon on the FIFA Online 2 official site.
