Gamespot exclusively revealed that the X-COM re-imagining, XCOM: Enemy Unknown will feature a multiplayer mode. Okay... this is not what I was looking for in an XCOM game but I suppose... no harm in getting an extra feature right? XCOM's multiplayer is a 1v1 death match. Each player has 10,000 points to purchase units in your squad(6 units the ideal sweet spot) and... heresy!... you can mix Alien and human units. XCOM: Enemy Unknown releases October 9th.
