Nyan Cat The Game Announced! EA Stoked!

Electronic Arts announced today that they somehow magically acquired the rights to develop a Nyan Cat game. According to EA spokesperson Horace Catman, the Nyan Cat game will be a first person shooter with cover mechanic and regenerating health. "It will have a competitive multiplayer portion that will have persistent stat tracking and leveling mechanic as well as the ability to upload your gameplay to the NYAN.ea server". On top of the robust features, Nyan Cat the game will come with Kinect support. "We love the PC but unfortunately due to time and resources constraints, we are not going to be supporting the mouse and keyboard for the PC version". Even so, Mr Catman said the PC version will have customisable graphics settings and :the ability to transmit voice over a multiplayer game to your team mates". Charming! The game is due out "when its done!". "We want to make sure we do this right and do the IP justice". Nyan Cat will be developed using DICE's Frostbite 2 engine. Teaser trailer below...
