In this fourth video dev diary, Turbo Tape Games go through some of the strategy and tactics you can use in the Naval war RTS game. The game might not look like much, but from what I've been playing(preview version) looks quite promising. The user interface is a little convoluted though. I'll put a preview video out of it soon.
