With the previous released info about the sniper updated(the razorback), there was some speculation that the Spy would also get an update. This was based on the image of a decloaking spy, with a dead spy on the ground. Rock Paper Shotgun did a write up on this and they were right. Valve announced today that the Spy will also get unlockables new items.
In the latest blog post about the update, Valve reveals two new unloackables for the Spy called The Cloak And Dagger and The Dead Ringer.
The Dead Ringer cloaks you for 8 seconds when you take a non lethal hit and creates a fake dead spy. This allows you to sneak up on the gloating enemy as he watches the decoy dead body.
The Cloak And Dagger allows Spies to remain constantly invisible. You drain the power when you move and only recharge by standing still.
