This week we feature an indie game called Jed. Jed is a puzzle platformer with minimal aesthetics that requires perfect timing to overcome obstacles.
There is a twist in the puzzle platforming in that you will be required to hit some switches that will put you character in a different plane. This game sort of does the multiple dimension thing with this. Apart from just heading for the exit and avoiding obstacles, you also get to rescue these creatures.
There are in total 10 levels in the game and the difficulty ramps up exponentially past the third level. Be warned, you may spend many hours screaming at your monitor as you watch your pink character fail time and time again. There are some unlockable challenge levels once you have completed the game. Music is a little annoying after time but it’s tolerable enough.
