Gearbox’s first person shooter/RPG hybrid, Borderlands, has a final release date now. Borderlands will be out for the PC, PS3 and XBOX 360 on October 2nd for the US and October 23rd for the rest of the world. Borderlands is a very important title for Gearbox as the success or failure of the title might spell the future of the studio after the disappointing sales of Brothers In Arms Hells Highway.
