Wargaming.net has been on a role lately with the widely popular World of Tanks, then World of Warplanes(which is n beta) and now World of Battleships. They seem to be knocking out these free to play games at an alarming rate. It has been stated that their goal is to have a meta game that bridges all the game together at some point(like some massive world war with tanks, planes and battleships. No ETA on release date yet.
