For those new CoD player, you'll probably miss the reference, but a boat... crossing a bombardment area... Remember the Stalingrad mission in Call of Duty? The one where the officer shouts NOT ONE STEP BACK!. Well here's where we're at in terms of cinematic quality in games at this point... the mod to RO2, Rising Storm showcases a rather pretty trailer of the attack of Iwo Jima(from the side of the Americans). This is awesome war movie stuff. You can register for Beta here. This is a mod and will require RO2 obviously. Check out the trailer below...

This is a reference to a CoD level, actually making a reference from a scene of the movie Enemy At The Gates?? U shitting me? F- CoD! This is just RO referencing to a movie.
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't really a reference. More like a scene that was reminiscent of the CoD level.
ReplyDeleteI prefer to play Red Crucible instead!
ReplyDeleteRed Crucible is one of the best shooting games browser-based and completely free. If you like FPS Multiplayer you should definitely try Red Crucible.
If you like Call of Duty you will love Red Crucible (and doesn't cost a cent!)
I like Red Crucible too, but is a different game and you cannot compare Red Crucible with Red Orchestra 2.
DeleteThey both are FPS but in Red Crucible you have no story. Yes, the team death matches are great fun to play but that's all.
Two different games for two different public.
In case you wonder here the direct link to Red Crucible game:

Do you mean Red Crucible 2
