Video Game Affect Survey

I need your help with this survey. This survey is to assist in a preliminary study on the affects of video games on gamers. It's a short one and wont take much of your time. Your identity will be anonymous. I need as much data as possible.

    It's just something I thought about. i always felt frustrated listen to people moan about a certain quality in video games. So I thought of proving them wrong.
