Paradox and Arrowhead Games announced that the PvP update for Magicka, has gone live. Sometimes wizards don't always get along. And when they have a disagreement? They face off on the battlefield. There's three PvP multiplayer modes including a rather unique Kreitor mode(named after the modder who started making PvP work) where you'll only have a few magic and gain new spells in regular intervals. Someone pass me Vortex please... They've also released 3 new maps which you can purchase(each) for USD$0.99. Magicka is on a 50% discount on Gamersgate to celebrate the release of this update.
